Drug Testing (DOT & Non-DOT) FAQs
1. What types of drug tests do you provide?
We offer urine drug testing for both DOT and Non-DOT needs. Oral, Hair, and Nail screening coming soon!
2. Do you offer same-day appointments or walk-ins?
Same-day appointments are usually available. Walk-ins depend on schedule availability — it’s best to call ahead.
3. How long do results take?
Rapid tests provide results in minutes. Lab-based testing typically takes 24–72 hours depending on the test panel.
4. Are your tests compliant with DOT regulations?
Yes. We follow all DOT guidelines including chain-of-custody, proper documentation, and specimen handling.
5. Can you come to job sites or offices for group testing?
Yes — we provide mobile/on-site services for companies, schools, fleets, and organizations.
6. Do you offer consortium services for FMCSA or other DOT agencies?
Yes. We can enroll your business in a compliant drug & alcohol testing consortium program starting summer of 2026.
7. What should I bring to my drug test appointment?
Bring a valid photo ID and any testing authorization forms from your employer or organization.
Ink-based Fingerprinting FAQs
1. What fingerprinting method do you use?
We provide traditional ink-based fingerprinting, accepted for background checks, licensing, employment, and out-of-state requirements.
2. What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Bring a government-issued photo ID and any specific fingerprint cards or documents provided by your requesting agency. Cards are available if you do not have any.
3. How long does the process take?
Ink fingerprinting usually takes 10–15 minutes per person.
4. Do you offer mobile fingerprinting?
Yes — we can travel to offices, schools, nursing facilities, and a variety business locations.
5. Are my fingerprints guaranteed to be accepted?
We take high-quality prints, but acceptance depends on the agency reviewing them. If prints are rejected due to quality, we offer a complimentary re-print within a set time frame.
6. Do you fingerprint for out-of-state applications or federal forms?
Yes. We can complete FD-258 cards and other standard forms required nationwide.
